How it works
We follow any diet your loved one's physician or dietitian has recommended — we don't prescribe one. During the consultation we walk the kitchen with you, note the foods they actually enjoy, and set a shopping and cooking rhythm that fits the week.
We provide meal preparation across Philadelphia, Bucks County, and Delaware County.
Meal Preparation questions
Do caregivers do the grocery shopping too?+
Yes. Caregivers can shop with your loved one or on their behalf, using an agreed budget and list.
Can you follow a doctor-prescribed diet?+
We follow written dietary instructions from your loved one's medical team. We do not create or change medical diets ourselves.
Can meals be cooked in advance for the week?+
Absolutely. Many families use one longer visit for batch cooking and portioning, then shorter visits for reheating and company at the table.
