Service FAQ

Questions about our services.

What in-home care services do you provide in Philadelphia?+

We provide non-medical in-home care: personal care, companion care, respite care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation and errands, medication reminders, and safety supervision.

Do you offer medical or skilled nursing care?+

No. Honest Love Homecare provides non-medical support only. Our caregivers assist with daily living, companionship, and household tasks, and we coordinate around any medical care your loved one already receives.

How few or how many hours can we schedule?+

Care plans range from a few hours a week to daily support. Tell us the schedule you have in mind and we will confirm what we can cover, then adjust it as needs change.

Can we change services after care begins?+

Yes. Your care plan is reviewed regularly and can be updated at any time — add services, change hours, or pause care as circumstances evolve.

Which areas do you serve?+

We serve families in Philadelphia and the surrounding communities, including Bucks County and Delaware County. Contact us to confirm coverage for your address.

How is private-pay home care billed?+

Care is arranged directly with your family, with the hours, services, and rates agreed in writing before care begins. We will walk through the details with you during the free consultation.
